Teak, ipe, mahogany, cypress. We bring weathered exterior wood back to the colour it had the day it was installed — without stripping its character or its life expectancy.
OUR SERVICES
We restore and protect teak, hardwood columns, fences, gates, and outdoor furniture using careful, non-aggressive methods designed for South Florida’s climate.
BEFORE & AFTER.
Years of sun, moisture, and exposure can leave exterior wood faded, stained, and uneven. See how careful restoration revives its natural color, warmth, and character.
HOW IT WORKS
Send us a few photos of your woodwork. Our restoration specialist reviews the project remotely, provides an estimate, and schedules the work once you are ready to proceed.

Replacement is expensive and usually unnecessary. Restoration removes the grey, lifts the embedded dirt, and puts a protective oil system back into timber that still has decades left in it.

A few clear shots of the wood and a sentence about the project. That is genuinely all we need to start.
We assess wood type, size, exposure and the depth of weathering to determine what the restoration actually requires.
A clear figure by text or email, usually within one business day. No obligation, no follow-up pressure.
Once the estimate works for you, we agree a date and complete the restoration on site.
Every job runs the same way — strip the weathering, clean what’s embedded, sand to a true surface, then protect it properly.

Straight answers about how restoration works in South Florida — what we do on site, what we use, and what to expect.
More often than most owners expect. Sun, salt air and humidity break down surface finishes far faster here than in a temperate climate.
Teak generally needs attention every year to keep its colour and protection. Hardwood columns, siding and fencing usually go longer between full restorations, with lighter maintenance in between. A west-facing dock takes far more punishment than a shaded entryway.
Everything is done on site. Teak tables, chairs, benches, loungers and full outdoor collections are restored at your property — nothing is crated up and removed.
The same applies to fencing, decking, docks, columns and architectural woodwork. Estimates are done on site too, so the quote reflects the actual condition of the wood.
Re-staining puts colour over whatever is already there. If the wood underneath is weathered or breaking down, staining hides it for a season and the problem returns worse.
Restoration works the other direction — deep weathering removed, embedded contaminants cleaned out, sanded back to a refined surface, and only then a premium oil system. The goal is to fix the wood, not mask it.
Yes. On equestrian properties we use horse-safe, UV-stable products and schedule work to cause minimal disruption — turnout, feeding and riding carry on around us.
The same care applies to residential properties with pets, pools and established planting close to the work area.
We work across Palm Beach County — Wellington, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Jupiter — plus nearby Broward communities.
There are no surprise travel fees within Palm Beach County. If you’re just outside the area, ask and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth the trip.
Two ways. Send a few clear photos of the wood and we can give you a working figure without anyone visiting. Or book a free, no-obligation on-site assessment.
Either way there’s no charge and no commitment. Just fill in the form below and we’ll get back to you.
Left untreated, hardwood silvers, opens and starts to break down. This is what was sitting underneath.

Wood does not fail because it gets old. It fails because nobody put anything back into it.

Left alone, the greying isn’t just cosmetic — the surface opens, water gets in, and what was a refinishing job becomes a replacement one.
No site visit, no sales call, no obligation. A few clear photographs of the wood are enough for us to give you a firm figure — usually within one business day.
